Denver’s 2019 first quarter summary shows Sold Homes with an Average Price increase of 2.3% over 2018, a significant cooling of the 7 to 8 % range in each of the last 5 years. In Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, the trend is very similar. The New Normal is stabilizing, not a race car pace near double digits appreciation, but a positive more gradual up trend.
